Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to the Greater Vancouver Area and surrounding regions including Burnaby, Surrey, Richmond, Coquitlam, New Westminster, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Langley, Delta, and Maple Ridge. We are continuously expanding our delivery coverage.
Delivery Zones & Fees
Zone 1 (Vancouver & Central Metro): $5.99 delivery fee, 1-2 business days. Zone 2 (Inner Suburbs - Burnaby, Richmond, North Van): $8.99 delivery fee, 1-2 business days. Zone 3 (Outer Metro - Surrey, Coquitlam, Langley): $11.99 delivery fee, 2-3 business days. Zone 4 (Extended Area - Delta, Maple Ridge, Abbotsford): $14.99 delivery fee, 2-5 business days. FREE delivery on all orders over $100 within eligible zones.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive an email confirmation with estimated delivery dates.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking notification via email. You can also view your order status and tracking details by logging into your account and visiting the 'My Orders' page.
Delivery Instructions
During checkout, you can add special delivery instructions such as buzzer codes, safe drop locations, or preferred delivery times. Our delivery team will do their best to accommodate your requests.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery cannot be completed (no one available to receive, incorrect address), we will attempt redelivery the next business day. After two failed attempts, the order will be held at our facility for pickup. Please contact support to arrange.
Temperature-Sensitive Items
Frozen and refrigerated items are packed with insulated materials and ice packs to maintain safe temperatures during transit. We recommend placing these items in your freezer or refrigerator immediately upon delivery.
