How do I place an order?
Browse our product catalog, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to create an account or log in, enter your delivery address, select a payment method, and confirm your order. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major credit/debit cards through Stripe. We also accept Interac e-Transfer and cash on delivery for eligible delivery zones.
What are your delivery zones and fees?
We deliver across the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding regions. Delivery fees range from $5.99 to $14.99 depending on your zone. Orders over $100 qualify for FREE delivery within eligible zones. You can see exact delivery fees at checkout after entering your address.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery typically takes 1-3 business days within the Greater Vancouver Area. Delivery times for outer zones may take 2-5 business days. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting our support team. Once an order has been prepared for shipping, modifications may not be possible.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost. See our Returns & Exchanges policy for full details.
Are your products authentic African foods?
Yes! We source our products directly from trusted suppliers in Africa and from verified importers in Canada. We prioritize authenticity and quality in every product we offer.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes, we offer special pricing for bulk and wholesale orders. Please contact us at wholesale@efriendsfoods.com for a custom quote.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account and visiting the 'My Orders' page.
Do you ship outside the Vancouver area?
Currently, we deliver within the Greater Vancouver Area and surrounding regions. We're actively expanding our delivery network. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we reach your area.
